By default, when end users select "My Requests" in ZPortal, they are shown a list of all their active requests in RACER. This list does not include requests that are Not Supplied or that have been completed. To get a full list of all their requests, patrons must select the "show everything" box at the top of the Requests List page. Selecting this box triggers a new search for all their requests, including ones that are Not Supplied or Complete.
