Responders should use care when selecting the "Responder Specific" reason for a Non-Supply answer, because this reason stops the request from moving on in the rota and necessitates more work for the requester. Therefore "Responder Specific" should be used only when the request seems to require intervention by requesting staff before it goes to other responders.

If the bibliographic information is incorrect, responders should use the reason "Not found as cited".
