« Previous Version 2 Next » - The repository shall have a process for testing and evaluating the effect of changes to the repository's critical processes.

As a repository that is committed to the long-term preservation of digital information and the dissemination of information to a diverse Designated Community, Scholars Portal has always worked hard to comply with standards and models used by the international digital curation field. The Mandatory Responsibilites described in the OAIS Reference Model are of particular importance. Accordingly, Scholars Portal designs its critical processes and operating procedures to ensure that the repository complies with all of the Mandatory Responsibilities. By meeting these high-level requirements, Scholars Portal supports the authenticity, integrity, longevity, and understandability of information in its care.

In order to identify and document the repository's compliance, Scholars Portal created a traceability matrix that links critical processes with the mandatory responsibilites described in OAIS 3.0. The document is available through the link below.
