The understandability of the AIP content information is consistently tested through use by the designated community. Scholars Portal acts on all reports from users about the repository content by responding to feedback and correcting errors.
Scholars Portal provides a 'contact support' email for people to report problems. The support staff respond to problems as quickly as possible.
