4. Z39.50 Site Requests...for subscription services.

Hello RefWorks User,

Thank you for taking the time to send in your request. Unfortunately, xxxxx is a subscription service that can only be used with a user name and password belonging to your institution. However, your library can add this site to your institution's RefWorks account along with the necessary passwords. With that said, we recommend that you contact your library and inquire about having them add the listing.

OTHER:

Solving error messages, common problems:

Are you trying to create a Bibliography from a list of references or format a paper?
Are you using Refworks or Write N Cite? If you are using Write N Cite, which version?

Which version of MS Word are you using? And are you using Windows Vista?

The second version of Write N Cite is not compatible with Vista and Windows 2007.

Documents previously created or edited and still 'in progress' with Write-N-Cite II are not compatible with Write-N-Cite III. They will not be compatible and will have to be updated to the WNCIII format in order to 'reset' the document.
